The focus on substandard 3c is on evaluating the efficacy of digital learning content and tools that guide technology procurement and adoption. For my inquiry-based assignment, I researched and developed a process or protocol schools and districts can follow when procuring new technology. The process includes evaluating efficacy of tools, aligning with school improvement goals, budget considerations, making sustainable choices, thinking through classroom conditions, taking student privacy and security into account, and considering student demographics.
