Change Agent

One of a coach’s most important roles is being a change agent. Coaches need to establish a school-wide culture that is excited to explore ways to improve instruction and student learning. They can model what it looks like to be life-long learners and dedicate time to researching, curating resources, and staying current with new innovations. Effective coaches inspire, support, and celebrate growth with their colleagues. They are catalysts for change – never settling for “good”, but imagining a world where technology provides equitable and transformative learning experiences for the next generation.
